Improve signature sizing

Fixes #13.

- Improve README.md to clarify signature anchor point.
- Change -x and -y
  - Require % unit
  - Support specifying coordinate relative both edges.
- Add -r / --resize
- Change -W and -H
  - Add support for units
  - Change default to 50%
